Dental Implants
An implant replaces the root of an extracted tooth, has the shape of a screw, and serves as a support for the future crown, or the future prosthetic structure. The material used is titanium, a biocompatible material accepted without the risk of rejection, and through a process of osseointegration, a durable bond is formed with the maxillary or mandibular bone, as the case may be. Before the dental crown (the actual tooth) is made, a period of integration (bone healing) is necessary. After the crown is fixed, the tooth will look exactly like a natural one.
Restores 99% of the function of the natural tooth
It is biocompatible
Prevents gum retraction
Prevents teeth from moving
Stops bone atrophy
No need to prep the neighboring teeth to make a bridge

Why would you choose the dental implant?

At New Dental, we provide our patients with advanced solutions for replacing missing teeth through dental implants. A dental implant is essentially an artificial root made of titanium, which is inserted into the maxillary or mandibular bone to support a dental crown or denture.
The process of inserting a dental implant begins with the evaluation and individualized planning of each patient's case. Using advanced technologies such as CT scanning and CAD/CAM software, we determine the optimal position of the implant to ensure its stability and integration into the maxillary or mandibular bone. During the surgical procedure, the implant is inserted into the bone under local anesthesia, and then the bone is allowed to integrate around the implant in a process called osseointegration.

After the healing period, which can last several months, a prosthetic abutment is attached to the implant, serving as a connection between the implant and the dental crown or denture. The final dental crown is fabricated in our dental laboratory to fit perfectly with the other teeth and to provide a natural and aesthetic appearance.
One of the major advantages of dental implants is their ability to restore the function and natural appearance of missing teeth without affecting adjacent teeth. Additionally, dental implants help maintain the health of the maxillary and mandibular bones by stimulating the bone and preventing bone resorption.

At New Dental, we ensure that every stage of the dental implant process is carried out with precision and attention to detail, to provide you with a healthy, functional, and aesthetically pleasing smile for the long term.
